We were honored to support the purchase of a new fire and rescue vehicle for the firefighters in Ocice. It brings us great joy to have been able to participate in such an important initiative, which has a real impact on the safety of our community’s residents.
We would like to thank everyone involved in this project, as well as the firefighters for their daily service and dedication.

We have renovated a recreation room in the Children's Home in Bolesławiec

CEO of the Ready Group celebrated his 40th birthday on October 30, 2020. Instead of gifts and flowers, CEO and the donors renovated the children's study room from the Orphanage in Bolesławiec.

Zosia had to be operated on as soon as possible. Her tiny, very sick heart could stop beating at any moment. Time was critically short, and the amount needed for the operation in Germany was enormous. That is why we decided to show our support. We keep our fingers crossed for Zosia.

On Wednesday, December 18, at the Market Square in Bolesławiec, firefighters from our district were officially handed over new trucks and hydraulic rescue kits. In total, the new firefighting equipment cost over PLN 1.86 million.
We are pleased with our participation in such a noble undertaking.

For the seventh time, a review of Theatrical Groups of the Disabled was held at the Brunów Palace near Lwówek Śląski. The initiators and main organizers of the review are the Education and Educational Institutes in Lwówek Śląski and the Disabled People Foundation "Płakowice".
Today's review also provided an opportunity to give special thanks to CEO Łukasz Załucki of Ensila Group in Bolesławiec, thanks to whom goodwill and beautiful works were done in ZPEW.

The Association also strives to support the professional development of therapists and improve the Center's infrastructure. Łukasz Załucki is the vice president of the association, and Miłosz Sobczak is a member.

A shocking story of Rafał Ciężczak, a boy born without hands and with a shorter leg. Together with his mother, he lived in difficult housing conditions, in a wooden house without a bathroom. Rafał is a talented and musical child.
Jacek Matuszewski, adviser to the board of Ensila, initiated the idea of sponsoring dignified living conditions for the boy. The idea gradually turned into reality, and instead of just a bathroom, the boy gained a new home.
Assistance in the construction of a conference room at the Electronic Schools Complex

Ensila is one of the sponsors who decided to contribute to the construction of a new conference room, enabling decent working conditions for the Electronic School Complex in Bolesławiec. The company supported the school facility with a set of 10 rubber blinds with a total area of 34 m². We hope that they will last for many years and allow for the professional organization of numerous meetings and conferences.
Capital support for the Sports Club "Leśnik" Osiecznica

We know that the factors influencing a player's or team's victory are also reflected in business. By practicing sports, we learn teamwork, determination and striving for a goal. Many of our employees engage in various types of physical activity, therefore we decided that Ensila will support the "Leśnik" sports club in Osiecznica. We believe that our help will improve the club's activity and that many talented players will develop there.
